Meet the Founder

Sheryl Utal has dedicated over two decades to health, transformation, and personal growth. Yoga became a cornerstone of her own healing journey, empowering her to build resilience, clarity, and deep self-awareness. As the founder of Red Diamond Yoga, a chain of studios in Los Angeles that served tens of thousands of students through tens of thousands of classes, Sheryl established a reputation for excellence before selling the business in 2018 and returning to her home state of Florida. Now, she is thrilled to bring her signature style to Land O’ Lakes, where you can experience a truly transformative yoga and wellness practice under her trusted leadership. Sheryl is also the founder and CEO of Japa Health, a metabolic health coaching platform where you can access lab tests, top doctors, a personalized health plan, full length courses, anti-inflammatory recipes and vibrant online community of truth seekers.
