These two are exclusive to LOLHS Volleyball and required for every player on the roster. You train together, recover together, and get better together. Everything beyond these two is unlimited and up to you, but you are highly encouraged to practice yoga often!

Activate your membership

Click the link, fill out the student membership form, and lock in your $49/month team rate.

Download the Momence app

This is where you'll book every class and pull up your check-in barcode. Download links are right below.

Sign up for classes

Book your spot in the app at least 24 hours ahead. Booked something you can't make? Cancel it in the app so the spot opens up.

Check in & practice

Show your barcode at the front desk to check in, then get on your mat. First visit? Pick your Japa Mat color in the studio.

Yoga Studio Etiquette

The practice room is quiet

We love connection, laughter, and storytelling — that's the heart of this community. Just keep it for outside the practice room so everyone can drop in and focus once they're on their mat.

Arrive early

Class begins on time, which means you're on your mat and ready a few minutes before it starts. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to settle in, set up, and breathe before practice.

Book at least 24 hours ahead

Reserve your spot in the Momence app a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Planning ahead keeps your practice consistent and the class roster accurate.

Cancel if you can't make it

Things come up — that's fine. If you can't make a class you've booked, cancel your reservation in the app so the spot opens up for a teammate.
