Sheryl was a key teacher in my journey as a growing yoga student and for that I am forever grateful! Now as a yoga teacher myself, I appreciate how skillfully she holds space and brings out the best in her students. Not only is she a phenomenal yoga teacher, she is a business leader and girl boss whom I look up to. She is always doing her own work to keep learning as yoga teacher and entrepreneur and I highly respect and admire that. Her work ethic, tenacity, motivation and discipline inspires me in my own business and I am so grateful to know her!
